You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.

Please note:

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe return delivery.

• Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” are not eligible for return.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, you may choose a refund (see Refund Policy) or store credit.
